You will have noticed that the Mahala Loyalty Programme does not just consist of discounts but also provide its members with a list of “Points Partners”.

What are the things I can redeem my points for you ask?
Anything that you can think of, a cellphone, airtime, groceries vouchers, or even a holiday for 2. Basically you can redeem your points for any item that you may want that is of the same monetary value that your points resemble (cash excluded).
How do I redeem my points?

This is the easy part. All you do is call our call centre on 0860 MA HA LA (62 42 52) and an experienced call centre agent will be able to tell you how many mahalas you have accumulated and what their monetary value is. Once you have this information what you do with your mahalas is up to you.

You may wonder why we put you to this ultimatum right? It is because we will like to entice all our Mahala Loyalty Members to use their cards and redeem their points in order for the client to receive the best value out of the offerings that Mahala Loyalty Programme offers their members.

So go ahead, do your shopping at our partners and buy that flat screen TV with your mahalas before the soccer world cup has started.
