“In your face Skoonma” Cornbread

1 Tin sweet corn (the soft and juicy one – and not the small tin either)
1 Tin condensed milk (resist the temptation to clean out that tin yourself mom - give it to the kids)
1 Bag (250g) self-raising flour
3 Table spoons buttermilk
½ Teaspoon salt


Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl. Just chuck-um in and start stirring.
The mixture will start to turn into a sticky dough.
Grease two standard bread loaf pans and divide the mixture between the pans.
Bake in a hot oven (200 degrees Celcius) for 20 minute
Turn the heat down to 180 ‘C and bake for another 45 min.

Keep the bread knife and butter ready, this one is not going to stay on the counter for too long.
